This Coco Curls Review is not sponsored. I bought and tested all of the products myself.
Like many people in Pakistan with curly or wavy hair, I spent most of my life thinking I had straight, frizzy hair. I constantly combed my hair in an attempt to make it look silkier, but all it did was turn it into a bird's nest. It wasn't until I turned 18 that I had a revelation: do I actually have curly hair?
Finding curly hair products in Pakistan isn't easy, so discovering Coco Curls a few years ago was a game-changer. I eagerly purchased as many products as I could because their formula is free from parabens and silicones.
Today, I will share with you which Coco Curls products are worth your money and which ones you can do without.
So, let's dive into the Coco Curls Review!
PS: Yes, you aren't hallucinating, the shampoo and leave-in conditioner bottles are broken. The Coco Curls bottles are quite fragile and break easily. The jars, however, are perfectly fine.
Coco Curls Hair Growth And Anti-Frizz Oil Review
Buy Coco Curls Hair Growth & Anti-Frizz Oil
Ingredients: Sesame Oil, Jojoba Oil, Almond Oil, Rosemary Essential Oil, Peppermint Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Black Seed Oil, Parfum
If I had to choose only one product from Coco Curls for the rest of my life, it would be the Coco Curl Hair Growth and Anti-Frizz oil. Let me be clear; this oil doesn't promote hair growth, or at least, I didn't notice any personal hair growth. However, it is THE best anti-frizz product I've ever used. It tames my usually puffy, wavy hair without making it look greasy. Just 5-6 drops and my hair ends up looking like it does in shampoo commercials.
I use it in two different ways: first, to break the crunchy cast left by the gel, and second, as my favorite way, on the length of my hair every day to reduce frizz.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Hair Growth and Anti-Frizz oil?
Yes, I would. I might even trade my firstborn for it—just kidding; I would never do that. 🙂

Coco Curls 4-in-1 Curl Treatment Review
Buy Coco Curls 4-in-1 Curl Treatment
Ingredients: Water, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Alcohol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, Shea Butter, Mango Seed Butter, Cetrimonium Chloride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Betaine, Propanediol, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Isopropyl Myristate, Cetyl Ester, Olive Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Citric Acid, Perfume, Guar Gum, Neem Leaf Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate, Panthenol, Phytic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Benzoate
As the name suggests, you can apply the 4-in-1 curl treatment cream in four different ways: as a conditioner, as a hair mask, as a leave-in conditioner, and as a pre-shampoo treatment. I mostly use it as a leave-in conditioner, and the results are astonishing.
The Coco-Curl 4-in-1 curl treatment is one of my favorite curl products from Coco Curls. Not only does this cream make my hair feel soft and enhance my curls, but unlike the Curl Defining Cream, it doesn't leave my hair feeling oily and greasy. And let's not forget the sweet cocoa butter smell it leaves in my hair.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls 4-in-1 Curl Treatment?
Yes!!! A hundred times, yes.

Coco Curls Review Coco Massager Review
I've been seeing ads for hair massagers like the Cococurls one for years, and it seemed redundant to me. Can't I massage my scalp with my fingers instead? But only after I purchased the Coco Curls Coco Massager did I realize how wrong I was.
This massager actually does everything it claims to do. I massaged my scalp with this massager for 10 minutes and experienced the best nap of my life. My sister suffers from dandruff, and according to her, this massager helped her get rid of most of it.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Coco Massager?
Considering its high quality, I doubt I will need to repurchase one for myself. However, I would definitely buy a few for my friends and family.

Coco Curls Leave-in Curl Conditioner Review
Buy Coco Curls Leave-in Curl Conditioner
Ingredients: Water, Sodium PCA, Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Green Tea Extract, Sugar Cane Extract, Apple Extract, Isopropyl Myristate, Fragrance, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, EDTA Disodium
The Coco Curls Leave-in Conditioner is what the Coco Curls Curl Conditioner aspires to be. It's lightweight, moisturizing, and nourishing, which are the three qualities a conditioner should possess. A small amount goes a long way, so this product doesn't run out quickly.
Honestly, if you only have PKR 1,780 in your pocket and need a curly hair conditioner, go for the Coco Curl Leave-in Conditioner instead of the Curl Conditioner.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Leave-in Curl Conditioner?
Absolutely. This product does what it claims, so I would definitely repurchase it.

Coco Curl Curls Shampoo Review
Ingredients: Water, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside, PEG-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate (and) PPG-2 Hydroxyethyl Cocamide, Cetrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-7, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Parfum, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA
This Coco Curls shampoo is sulfate and silicone-free, which are two ingredients known to harm your curls. However, is that enough to make this shampoo great? After using it multiple times, I think the answer is no.
This shampoo fails at its primary job, which is to clean. I tried it in two different scenarios: with oiled hair and with oil-free hair. The results were subpar.
For oily hair, this shampoo did nothing. My hair still felt greasy and sticky after washing. For oil-free hair, it did clean the hair, but I didn't get that satisfying "clean-feeling" you expect after washing your hair.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Curl Shampoo?
Probably not. However, I will use what's left in the bottle for days when I have no oil in my hair and just need a mild wash.

Coco Curls Curl Conditioner Review
Ingredients: Water, Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Parfum, Phenoxyethanol, Juniperus Virginiana (Cedarwood) Oil, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Oil, Citric Acid
To me personally, the Coco Curls Curl Conditioner did nothing. On the contrary, my hair felt a bit dry after using it, and I don't even know how that's possible. However, there's a significant exception: my sister swears by this conditioner. She has mostly straight, slightly wavy hair, and according to her, this conditioner makes her hair feel soft and luxurious.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Curl Conditioner?
I wouldn't buy this conditioner again. However, my sister would. So, that's that.

Coco Curl Curl Enhancing Gel Review
Ingredients: Water, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Pectin, VP/VA Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Polysorbate 20, Sodium Benzoate, Phenoxyethanol, Triethanolamine, Parfum, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid
If I had to sum up this product in three words, I would say, "NO. WORTH. IT." A curly hair gel product has one primary purpose: to hold the curls, and this product fails at that completely. It doesn't hold the curls AT ALL. If there's no other curl-enhancing gel option available, it's better to skip the gel altogether instead of wasting your money on this product.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Curl Enhancing Gel?
Never in a million years.

Coco Curl Curl Defining Cream Review
Ingredients: Water, Sodium PCA, Behenamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Aloe Vera Leaf Extract, Panthenol, Phenoxyethanol, Sugar Cane Extract, Green Apple Extract, Fragrance, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, EDTA Disodium
As the name suggests, the Coco Curls Curl Defining Cream had one job and one job only - to define the curls. Unfortunately, it failed miserably, leaving my hair looking like a greasy mess. And no, I didn't use too much product; I even experimented with different amounts. The results ranged from greasy to dry hair.
Will I repurchase Coco Curls Curl Defining Cream?
Absolutely not!
